1. Purpose and scope of services
CISA provides integrated engineering, architecture, civil works, commercial and corporate space implementation (Fit-Out), electromechanical installation, and after-sales maintenance services through turnkey projects. Projects are developed using BIM (Building Information Modeling) across design, coordination, planning, and execution-monitoring stages for industrial, commercial, and retail sectors, serving public and private entities nationwide.
Content published on the CISA website and in its institutional materials is for information purposes only and does not, by itself, constitute a contractual offer or binding commitment unless expressly stated in a contract, technical and commercial proposal, or document signed by the parties.
2. Quality commitment and certified management system
CISA has an Integrated Management System certified by International Certification Organization (ICO), an entity accredited by the National Quality Institute (INACAL), under the following international standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System (Certificate No. ICO-SSGC-042026-9868-PE).
- ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System (Certificate No. ICO-SSGA-042026-8480-PE).
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System (Certificate No. ICO-SSGSST-042026-7370-PE).
- ISO 37001:2025 – Anti-bribery Management System (Certificate No. ICO-SSGAS-042026-3375-PE).

3. Website availability
CISA does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or the absence of errors, interruptions, or technical failures, and is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information contained on the website, without prejudice to its contractual obligations to clients.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in CISA’s institutional materials—including text, images, plans, renders, BIM models, designs, logos, and other graphic material—is owned by CISA or used with the corresponding authorization and is protected under Peruvian intellectual-property regulations (Legislative Decree No. 822 and related rules). Reproduction, distribution, or partial or total use without CISA’s prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Personal data protection
Personal data provided by users, clients, and suppliers through the website and other contact channels is processed in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and CISA’s Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
CISA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect regulatory, operational, or commercial changes. Amendments take effect upon publication on the institutional website.
7. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the dispute-resolution mechanisms established in the contracts signed by the parties or, failing that, to the competent courts of Lima’s judicial district.
