  • Building Modification and Subdivision File: Complete registry technical file (3 originals)—forms, verifier’s report, descriptive report, and location, layout, and subdivision plans, with follow-up through the registry records.
  • Nomenclature, Numbering, and Cadastral Plan Certificate: Preparation, submission, and municipal follow-up.
  • Utility-title transfer: Management by independent unit and response to observations.
  • Cadastral update: Individual cadastral records for each independent sector.

Outcome
